Take Control of Cloud in Hybrid Environments with Service Performance Management.

View today.

As cloud computing continues to rise in importance for both IT organizations and the businesses they support, most environments are experiencing changes in how cloud-related initiatives are being funded, managed and governed. One of these changes is the rising importance of service performance management to optimize service resiliency, measure the effectiveness of cloud initiatives, and optimize infrastructure to meet service performance targets.

This webinar addresses:

  • What are the most significant changes in cloud adoption in 2011, and how are they impacting service management organizations and performance management technologies?
  • How can the adoption of performance management technologies accelerate more effective cloud assimilation?
  • What are some of the pitfalls in cloud initiatives that can lead to re-do’s and miscues when service management is key?
  • What organizational environments are “most likely to succeed” and why?

This webinar leverages global research done in December 2010 by Enterprise Management Associates on trends in service management and cloud adoption.
